If you do not cancel your membership before the trial ends, it will renew automatically, and the membership fee will be charged to your account. We are unable to refund subscription charges once they have been processed. However, you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer support team.
For digital product/s purchases specifically, since the product is digital and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds.
